Hello! We are Jerry & Cynthia! We're traveling around the good ol' USA at 37 MPH on our scooters; our goal is to experience the unique and wonderful things in America and to meet some of its amazing people. We want to spread a little goodwill and let everyone know you don't always have to live life in the fast lane.
We always take backroads, visit the small towns and look for unique things along America's roadways. Join us as we show you a little of America through our pictures and stories. Maybe we'll meet along the way!
RECENT NEWS...
In 2008 we visited all 67 counties in Alabama on our scooters! Click the yellow map to the right to see our pictures and learn about things we discovered while touring our home state! We also have more pictures on our Flickr site!
Now that we have a new RV, we load the scooters in the back of our truck and take them camping with us. This gives us a very nice place to sleep at night and allows us to set up a "home base" wherever we want. Everywhere we camp, we take the scooters out to the surrounding areas and explore. If you check out the home page of our main site at www.RVoutreach.org you can see what our overall plans are then you'll see better how our scootering fits into that.
If you happen to see us in a campground, be sure to stop and say hello. If you see us out riding, honk and wave. You can even give us a "woohoo" as you pass us!
